For applications made in 2026, the Swedish Migration Agency states a maintenance requirement of at least SEK 10,656 per month for the student.
২০২৬ সালে আবেদন করলে Swedish Migration Agency-এর নিয়ম অনুযায়ী শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য ন্যূনতম SEK 10,656 প্রতি মাসে financial maintenance দেখাতে হবে।
This amount is for living expenses and is separate from tuition fees. The required total depends on the period of your residence permit.

Important: Under rules effective from 11 June 2026, students at first- or second-cycle level who receive a new residence permit may work up to 15 hours per week during semesters. During June, July and August, they may work without this weekly limitation.
